  • Have others ever criticised your gambling?
  • Have you lied, stolen or borrowed just to get money to gamble or to pay gambling debts?
  • Are you reluctant to spend 'gambling money' on anything else?
  • Have you lost interest in your family, friends or interests?
  • After losing, do you feel you must try and win back your losses as soon as possible?
  • Do arguments, frustrations or disappointments make you want to gamble?
  • Do you feel depression, severe or otherwise, because of your gambling?

Self Exclusion

By entering into a Self Exclusion agreement with 32Red Poker you will be prevented from using your account for a period of between 6 and 60 months. We will take reasonable steps to prevent you opening new accounts and during the period of Self Exclusion you must not attempt to re-open your account or open additional accounts. During this period of self-exclusion 32Red Ltd will not distribute any promotional emails.

Entering Self Exclusion will not impact any pending withdrawals and the Casino will return remaining cash balances which are eligible for withdrawal at the point of exclusion.
